Q1.How long does it take to complete a document?
A1.After inspecting your document, we will give you an estimate number of days depending on the a) the length of your document b) how many jobs we have in queue. Just as an idea, one document (about 50,000 words) takes about 7-10 days, depending on the work queue and public holidays.
Q2.How do I submit a document?
A2.You can send us your Word file via Email. You must also send us the format template document.
Q3.What is the mode of payment?
A3.Bank transfer is the only mode of payment. After you have decided you avail our services, we will send you our bank a/c details and the transfer of payment can be done.
Q4.How do I communicate with you?
A4.Email or via chat on our LINE official account.
Q5.Do you have an Urgent/Priority service?
A5.Yes. We have a priority service for an additional charge, but depends on the queue.
Q6.Is there a limit on number of words/pages?
A6.No. We charge on per document basis.
Q7.How many revisions do you accept?
A7.We keep the number of revisions to the minimal by meeting strict compliance to the template you provide.

Q9.Can i get a refund?
A9.Before you send us your document, we try to communicate and clarify your expectations of service from us.
Q10.What version of MS WORD do you use?
A10.We use the latest version of WORD which is updated automatically since it is a part of the MS Office 365 package. In case your document is of an earlier version of WORD, we will upgrade the document to the latest version. When we return the document to you, we will also send you the PDF version as reference.
